Avenues is happy to announce, that we have become the first independent 3rd party payment processor in India to be approved as a MasterCard Third Party Processor under the MasterCard Member Service Provider (MSP) Program.

If you are interested in reviving the Mastercard option, in your CCAvenue account, kindly revert back with the following details, vide email, to compliance@ccavenue.com.

	Your website name
	Your merchant Name
	Your email ID

After we receive your email, we will forward the same to Axis Bank (formerly UTI Bank), for a pre approval of your merchant account. Axis Bank would be giving us the pre-approval within 7 days.

Upon receipt of the pre-approval from Axis Bank, you will then have to do the following acts :

	Open a Bank account at the nearest convenient Axis Bank. This bank account can be any account be it Current account or Savings account but it has to be of the same name (legal entity) that is signing the agreement with Axis Bank.
	Place a fixed deposit for Rs. 10,000/- thereby to enable Axis Bank to place a lien over it to cover any chargeback losses.
	Please fill out 2 copies of Axis Bank Legal Agreement and Axis Bank Enablement Form (which we will be emailing it to you, after we get a pre-approval of your account from Axis Bank).

Please note:

	This process applies only for the MasterCard option.
	There is no set up fee payable by you.
	The Per Transaction Rate (TDR) will remain the same as earlier.
	There is no new integration required to be done on your website for reviving MasterCard. CCAvenue will enable your MID in your existing CCAvenue account.
	As per MasterCard’s norms, the decision on the approval of your merchant account with Axis Bank for MasterCard rests solely with Axis Bank. You will have to abide by their decision.
	Payouts for MasterCard related sales will be credited into your Axis Bank Account directly by Axis Bank.
	Your site name will appear on your customers MasterCard statement.
	The fixed deposit of Rs.10,000/-, that you open in with Axis Bank, will remain in your bank account. All interest generated on that fixed deposit will accrue to you. Axis Bank will only mark a lien on it, to cover themselves against any chargeback liability they may face, with regards to transactions generated from your website. This lien will remain, as long as your agreement with Axis Bank stands.
	For all other payment options, CCAvenue will continue to make weekly payouts as it exists now and this will continue to work without any change.

Therefore, for activation of the MasterCard option in your CCAvenue account, We first need to get the pre-approval from Axis Bank of your merchant account. Therefore kindly revert back, vide email, to compliance@ccavenue.com with the following information :-
