If you are interested in reviving the Mastercard option, in your CCAvenue account, kindly revert back with the following details, vide email, to compliance@ccavenue.com.

After we receive your email, we will forward the same to ICICI Bank, for a pre approval of your merchant account. ICICI Bank would be giving us the pre-approval within 7 days.

Upon receipt of the pre-approval from ICICI Bank, you will have to do the following acts:

	Open a Bank account at the nearest convenient ICICI Bank. This bank account has to be Current account and it has to be of the same name (legal entity) that is signing the agreement with ICICI Bank.
	Please fill out 2 copies of ICICI Bank Legal Agreement and ICICI Bank Merchant Application Form along with the list of documents required as per your business filling status (which we will be emailing it to you, after we get a pre-approval of your account from ICICI Bank).

Please note:

	This process applies only for the MasterCard option.
	There is no set up fee payable by you.
	The Per Transaction Rate (TDR) will remain the same as earlier.
	There is no new integration required to be done on your website for reviving MasterCard. CCAvenue will enable your MID in your existing CCAvenue account.
	As per MasterCard’s norms, the decision on the approval of your merchant account with ICICI Bank for MasterCard rests solely with ICICI Bank. You will have to abide by their decision.
	Payouts for MasterCard related sales will be credited into your ICICI Bank Account directly by ICICI Bank.
	Your site name will appear on your customers MasterCard statement.
	For all other payment options, CCAvenue will continue to make weekly payouts as it exists now and this will continue to work without any change.

Therefore, for activation of the MasterCard option in your CCAvenue account, We first need to get the pre-approval from ICICI Bank of your merchant account. Therefore kindly fill up the Profile Sheet, send it by email to
compliance@ccavenue.com.
