We would like to bring to your kind notice, the following Systems changes that is being instituted by CCAvenue, which you should kindly take note of.

Effective 20th February, 2010, the following changes has been instituted by CCAvenue:

SYSTEM Change

After a transaction is processed by CCAvenue, you (merchant) will continue to receive:

1 Real-time return parameters from CCAvenue of transactions order status for updating in yours (merchants) systems. 2 Emails order alerts for all transactions processed in real time. 3 Real time SMS alerts for all the transactions processed (for those merchants who have subscribed to this facility).

However, there is a slight change in the display and order update method in your CCAvenue M.A.R.S. (MIS) account. All the transaction processed through the CCAvenue PG will be updated and reflected in your CCAvenue M.A.R.S. panel after a periodic interval of every half an hour. For e.g., if you receive an order at 10.02 AM and another order at 10.27 AM, both orders will be updated at 10.30 A.M. in your CCAvenue M.A.R.S. account. The next order status update will occur at 11.00 AM for all orders that are processed between 10.30 AM till 11 A.M.
