Ensure that the relevant details in Bank Details Column for NEFT settlement and details in Annexure A are also filled out. |

The Annexure B of the Agreement is required to be franked for the value of Rs 300/- OR separately attach Rs 300/- Non-Judicial stamp paper with the following content written on it:

It is MANDATORY to sign and stamp on all pages of the Agreement (including Non Judicial Stamp Paper if attached separately) at the bottom right hand corner and towards the end of the agreement in the column mentioned For and on behalf of the Merchant on last page. |
Note:
You are required to send 2 sets (1 Original and 1 Photocopy) of Tripartite Merchant Agreement. The agreement contains terms and conditions that are prescribed by financial institutions who will be involved in processing your online transactions. We are legally bound to impose these terms on you and any changes are un-acceptable. Should you have any questions or require a specific answer to any clause in the agreement, please address these by email to legal@ccavenue.com.
CCAvenue provides MasterCard Payment Option through Partner Bank and is subject to approval from the Bank. All you need to do is sign a Tripartite Merchant Agreement between Avenues, yourself and the Bank and send some additional documents if required.
You can accept payments from the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, American Express, Citibank E-Cards, Diners Club, JCB Cards and Net Banking, Cash Card and Mobile Payment and any other payment option added by Avenues. You can continue using your existing bank account to receive payments from us (AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD). |
