Important Update concerning Yes Bank's payment options and settlements |

Dear Merchant, Concerning the recent developments on RBI's decision pertaining to Yes Bank's operations and activities, we have disabled Yes Bank payment options like Net Banking, Yes Bank Credit Card EMI and YesPay wallet with immediate effect to safeguard your interest. Consequentially, there will be a delay in processing settlements by our partnering banks, which shall result in a delay of your settlement due from CCAvenue today. For merchants having a Yes Bank settlement account, we have put settlements on hold due to the current scenario. To provide alternative bank account details to process your settlements, please send a request to compliance@ccavenue.com along with the 'Change Bank Details Letter' on your company letter head signed and stamped by the Authorized Signatory along with a cancelled cheque.
