To avail this facility, you need to register specific URLs for events like Order Status, Order Refund Status and Order Risk Status in your merchant account. When the event occurs, CCAvenue creates an event object that contains all the relevant information and posts this request with the event object securely to the destination URL you had earlier provided.

You can retrieve, store or display data of dynamic events occurring in your merchant account by availing this feature. It is also possible to view, edit or delete destination URLs for each corresponding event. Enjoy the flexibility of routing these dynamic event notifications to the URLs of your choice.

Presently, we are offering event notifications for the following events:
i) Order Status
Occurs every time a payment is completed by the customer

ii) Order Refund Status
Occurs every time a full or partial refund that has been requested is processed by the bank

iii) Order Risk Status
Occurs every time a risk flag is updated for a transaction; Risk flags denote the level of risk for a particular transaction - High, Medium or Low.

We will soon be expanding the events covered in this functionality to include dispute creation, invoice payments and other major events related to your business.
