CCAvenue, India's largest payment gateway, has meticulously designed Smart Analytics, an advanced reporting and analysis feature for the benefit of thousands of merchants registered with it. Our Reports module provides detailed reports and statistical information on your transactional and sales activity. These reports are comprehensive, accurate and contain real-time data that enable you to take timely decisions for achieving business targets.

The list of Reports in our Reports Module includes:

1) Unsettled Transaction Summary
This report provides details of your transactions which have not yet been settled. View the details and statistics of unsettled transactions according to their transaction type viz. Shipped, Refunded, Chargeback, Cancelled and Auto-Cancelled. You can also view currency-wise details and statistics for transactions.

2) Payout Summary
This is a summary of your payout settlements including the Transaction Currency, Settlement Date, Settlement Currency, Amount Paid, Settlement Mode and the name of the bank receiving the settlement. You can locate settlement records according to the Pay ID, period or currency using our advanced search filter.

3) Sales Report
This report highlights period-wise details of your sales transactions including refund information, Gross Revenue, CCAvenue Fees, Tax on Fees and Net Revenue for each period. You can ascertain your sales performance period-wise or currency-wise using our advanced search functionality.

4) Sales Report by Payment Type
This report displays period-wise details of your sales transactions according to the payment type, so as to indicate which payment method is most popularly used by your customers. You can ascertain your sales performance by payment type period-wise or currency-wise using our advanced search functionality.

5) Direct Bank Settlements Report
This report provides details of your direct bank settlements which are done by the bank into your account. You can use our advanced search functionality to locate specific direct bank settlements according to the period, currency or the name of the bank.

6) CCAvenue Service Invoice Report
This report highlights details of your earnings from the CCAvenue Service Invoice transactions. You can also view a particular service invoice and take printout of it or resend it across by email.

7) Reconciliation Report
This report displays period-wise reconciliation as provided by the bank for all transactions along with their current status. You can ascertain if your transactions had succeeded or failed as specified by the bank.

8) Aborted Transaction Summary
This report provides details of all transactions aborted by your customers within a selected period. The summary listing displays the Order No, CCAvenue Ref No., date, amount and the cancellation reasons.

9) Invalid Request Report
This report displays details of all transactions rejected by CCAvenue since the parameters you have initially submitted are not valid. The listing specifically mentions the reason for rejection of individual transactions.

10) Failure Analysis Report
This report highlights all instances of transaction failure and the overall failure rate of your transactions on our payment gateway within a selected period. You can also view the breakdown of these details for specific payment types.

11) Refund Analysis Report
This report indicates the number of instances (count) and amount of total refunds initiated within the selected period. You can also ascertain these details for refunds that are 'successful', 'failed' or still 'pending' in this period. In addition, you can view a complete currency-wise breakdown of instances for each of these refund scenarios according to payment types. It also indicates the average refund processing time for particular payment options currency-wise.

12) User Audit Logs
This report provides a listing of all users, including sub-users, accessing the specific CCAvenue account. This log enables you to track your account login details such as User ID, Last Login Date, Last Login Time, Last Login IP and IP Validity.

13) Gateway Performance Report
This report offers comprehensive analysis of your transactions processed by CCAvenue. You can view the performance according to attempted, aborted or successful transactions, declined transactions, reconciliations, payment options, IG reversals, etc.
