CCAvenue, the principal payments brand of Infibeam Avenues Limited, has recently announced its integration with Zoho CRM, an alliance primarily aimed at assisting businesses to accept and manage online payments directly from their Zoho CRM accounts, supporting more efficient sales and customer management processes. With the said integration, Zoho CRM users can configure CCAvenue as their payment collection option within relevant CRM modules and customer journeys.
Businesses can now raise payment requests, track collections, and reconcile transactions while working in Zoho CRM, thereby reducing the need to switch between multiple systems for day-to-day operations. Additionally CCAvenue can further enhance its functionality with Zoho's feature rich products including Zoho Books, billing, Inventory, Commerce, Checkout, Invoice and Backstage.
