The enhanced payment experience is designed to offer greater convenience to eligible international guests when making payments for their hotel bookings. When a guest contacts the Oberoi Contact Centre from outside India, the Oberoi team can generate a secure CCAvenue payment link and share it with the guest through SMS, WhatsApp or email. Where Apple Pay is available and supported for the transaction, eligible guests can select it as an additional payment option on the CCAvenue payment page.

For guests using an iPhone, the payment process is simple — they can select Apple Pay, choose an eligible saved card and authenticate using their device. Guests initiating the payment journey on a laptop may also be able to complete the payment using their compatible Apple device, creating a convenient cross-device payment experience.

The availability of Apple Pay through these eligible payment journeys adds another convenient and secure payment option for international guests booking with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts or Trident Hotels, while complementing the existing payment options available across the relevant booking journeys.
