*	Taxes as applicable will be levied on set up fees, ASUC, Transaction Discount Rate (TDR) and Platform fees charged by CCAvenue.
**	Annual Software Upgradation Charges (ASUC) is charged on a per month basis payable in advance every year in April. Merchants signing after April need not pay the full ASUC fee. The ASUC fee will be levied on pro-rata basis.
Note:	WhatsApp messages and SMS notification for Invoicing, Order Alerts etc. will be charged 30 Paise & 25 Paise per message respectively
